Marlin Bay Yacht Club

A village green sits at the heart of this resort community reminiscent of a fishing village with Dutch Caribbean architecture. The 8-acre site is located in the island community of Marathon, a quaint tropical town in the Florida Keys.



The resort is organized around a common area that opens up to the marina and provides a visual connection to the water. Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this project is designed to inspire, experience and forge a connection with the surrounding marine environment.
