This project, much like the elegant Begonia flower that blooms with grace, is nestled in the cultural ancient capital of southern Taiwan, Tainan City, Anping District, at No. 186-190, Guoping North Road. Spanning 92,496.24 square meters, this super high-rise residential building unfolds like petals, each space a tribute to the dance of light and shadow, echoing the gentle, yet resilient beauty of the Begonia.
Adjacent to the yacht marina, where the water meets the sky, the project finds itself in a cradle of serenity. The lighting design, inspired by the dance of light upon the waves, creates spaces where light lingers like a lover’s touch, gently stirring the heart with each flicker and shadow, weaving an atmosphere of quiet contemplation and deep emotion.
The entrance design, inspired by sunlight streaming through the ocean depths to illuminate coral reefs, is a portal to wonder. It is as if each ray of light is a word, each shadow a pause, together composing a narrative that leads visitors into a world where light becomes a storyteller, revealing mysteries with each step, inviting both the eye and the soul to explore.
This lighting design transcends mere functionality, achieving new heights of aesthetic and emotional expression. Through the nuanced orchestration of light and shadow, we have crafted a space where architecture and nature engage in a timeless dance, each moveme
In this design, our focus on sustainability is not just an additional consideration but a core principle integrated into the overall design philosophy. We employ multiple strategies to achieve this goal, aiming to minimize environmental impact while creating a healthier and more comfortable living environment for the occupants. Circular Economy We have adopted the principles of the circular economy, prioritizing the use of recyclable and renewable materials. The selection of building materials is guided by sustainability, with an emphasis on sourcing locally to reduce carbon emissions from transportation. Additionally, waste generated during the construction process is carefully managed and recycled to ensure minimal environmental impact. Recycling and Retrofitting We have anticipated future retrofitting needs in our design by utilizing modular design and detachable building components
