Project Introduction:
Located in Ningbo, one of the major cities in the Yangtze River Delta region of China, this 40-story, Class A, super-high-rise office building is located in the southern business district, a hub for headquarters, international trade, and technological innovation. This district is also one of the most dynamic high-end business and economic clusters in Zhejiang Province and the Yangtze River Delta region. QTOP, with a global perspective, seeks to redefine corporate culture and spirit, and create a new paradigm for business culture and office environments.
QTOP OFFICE is a revolution in workspace design. We delve into the infinite possibilities of design, merging classic office functionalities with futuristic concepts，we create dynamic spaces that spark innovation.Through a minimalist approach to materials and spatial forms, we have achieved a composite space that is defined by its simplicity, transparency, and the seamless integration of dynamic and static elements.The office space employs a constructivist architectural approach, characterized by pure forms and intuitive expressions, to explore a sense of spatial independence and freedom. We are dedicated to harnessing the power of design to create joyful workspaces, redefining what an ideal office should be. Our primary concern is the comfort and happiness of the people who use these spaces, rather than style and form.
