Project Introduction:

Located in Ningbo, one of the major cities in the Yangtze River Delta region of China, this 40-story, Class A, super-high-rise office building is located in the southern business district, a hub for headquarters, international trade, and technological innovation. This district is also one of the most dynamic high-end business and economic clusters in Zhejiang Province and the Yangtze River Delta region. QTOP, with a global perspective, seeks to redefine corporate culture and spirit, and create a new paradigm for business culture and office environments.

QTOP OFFICE is a revolution in workspace design. We delve into the infinite possibilities of design, merging classic office functionalities with futuristic concepts，we create dynamic spaces that spark innovation.Through a minimalist approach to materials and spatial forms, we have achieved a composite space that is defined by its simplicity, transparency, and the seamless integration of dynamic and static elements.The office space employs a constructivist architectural approach, characterized by pure forms and intuitive expressions, to explore a sense of spatial independence and freedom. We are dedicated to harnessing the power of design to create joyful workspaces, redefining what an ideal office should be.
