In the landscape design of Beijing China Overseas MID TOWN, the site resources are utilized to conceal scarce nature, integrating multi-level vegetation with embellished restful structures to create an elegant resort-style atmosphere. Breaking away from traditional residential landscape patterns, the design forms a panoramic living garden layout, enhancing the three-dimensional sense and richness of the greenery layer, seamlessly blending natural landscapes with architectural spaces.
The site is divided into six scenes: Gathering Light at the Doorstep；Waterfront Reception；Oasis Encounter；Children's Fun Gathering；Forest of Words；Vibrant Gathering.
The overall plant design is based on modern naturalism, combining plant characteristics to enhance the space's leisure features. By selecting suitable locations for each plant to showcase its unique beauty, combined with appropriate blank spaces and spatial design, a harmonious coexistence between people and nature is achieved, creating a unique landscape.
