Yurong Villa 66-03

Yurong Villa 66-03, located in Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City, spans 1,200 square meters with a building area of 1,060 square meters, offering a serene retreat amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The designer pursued a unique perspective and creativity for this project, blending modern and traditional elements to create a minimalist, avant-garde yet warm and elegant living environment.

Various materials, such as metal, wood, glass, and stone, were used to highlight their textures, resulting in a multi-dimensional style. The morning light reflecting off the pool, koi playfully swimming in the pond, and camellias peeking through the windows create picturesque scenes at every turn. The living room, dominated by pure white tones, exudes a clean and comfortable spatial feel.

The design of the luxury home's interior emphasizes both privacy and openness, incorporating symmetrical and integrated elements, merging surreal romanticism with the essence of Chinese gardens. The elliptical staircase's curved design invites exploration, while the furniture’s flowing shapes enhance the room’s soft atmosphere. The bedroom’s gentle and serene design fosters a cozy and peaceful nighttime experience.

The basement, designated as a space for leisure and entertainment, showcases luxury and playfulness through an artistic layout of the enclosed space. The garage’s rotating car slots, paired with lighting effects, evoke a sense of futurism and technology. The entire design seamlessly integrates the interior and exterior, with smooth lines that trace the poetic essence of home and life.
