This project, a private residential design located in Shenzhen, China, offers an exceptional geographical advantage with views of the azure sea and sky. At the owner’s request, the design emphasizes both functionality and comfort, paying careful attention to the scale and quality of the space. The home adopts a clean, minimalist, and cozy style to create a variety of living atmospheres and refined tastes.
In this 180-square-meter residence, the designer unified the space while maximizing the scale of each area, thus balancing comfort and functionality. By integrating the kitchen, dining area, and living balcony, a multifunctional space is created to expand the overall view and presenting a spacious environment. Movable, foldable, and multifunctional furniture allows for easy adaptation to different activities, seamlessly transitioning between living and working spaces.
