Tianyi Masterpiece Mansion, Xingtai

The project adopted the "Future Community" philosophy, focusing on a "people-centered" approach. Breaking away from conventional approaches, it aimed to create a distinctive community environment that goes beyond the common, mass-market style. The design integrates both child-friendly and nature-friendly elements to build a space that is safe, engaging, and encourages exploration.

The project is themed around the Planetary Adventure, and features several unique areas:

• Cloud Garden: A large playground filled with cloud-inspired slides and structures, where children can enjoy the soft and airy sensation of clouds, as if playing in a dreamlike sky.

• Flight Dreams: Drawing inspiration from exploratory spacecraft, this area blends futuristic technology with natural aesthetics. The spacecraft’s structural elements are creatively reimagined to offer a visually stunning journey through time and space.

• Interstellar Theater: Located within the sales center, this sunken courtyard with a water garden combines art and nature. The platform reflects the starlit pool below, inviting visitors to embark on a starry adventure. A waterfall flows beside the "Le Xiao Café" lookout, creating a fantastical pathway that simulates the thrill of space travel and offers a romantic interstellar experience.

• Adventure Park: Filled with a variety of exciting rides and adventure activities, here visitors can climb, slide, explore caves, and board mini spaceships to dream of the future under the night sky.

• Secret Base: Surrounded by lush forest pathways, this area sits above a courtyard water feature. Walking through these forest trails offers a refreshing escape into nature, where visitors can enjoy fresh air, natural sounds, and a tranquil retreat.

The community design is simple yet poetic, fostering a return to nature and simplicity. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to reflect a deep understanding of residents' needs and a hopeful vision for a better future.
