The One Park, Shangqiu

The project is located in the Shangqiu Demonstration New District, Henan Province, adjacent to the Riyue Lake Scenic Area. It combines the commercial characteristics of the old city with ecological leisure needs, boasting a prime geographical location. In the Central Plains, there’s a deep yearning for the sea, inspiring our vision to create a residential area that captures the charm of coastal living.

The project is positioned as a luxury residence, distinguished by its uniqueness and cultural significance, making it a premier urban development. The design embodies the theme “The Courtyard Holds All Wonders, a Thousand Isles Returning to Perfection”, offering residents a lifestyle distinct from traditional northern living. This not only reflects the aspirations of northern homeowners but also the designer’s insights into the site.

Targeting high-end residents in Shangqiu, our design meets their demands for quality, functionality, and comfort, while also appealing to their artistic sensibilities. We aim to create a space that transcends conventional notions of quality and functionality, celebrating artistic uniqueness.

The spacious central courtyard inspired us to design a landscape garden infused with artistic elements, reminiscent of high-end yacht parties in Southeast Asia.

Every luxury residence should possess a unique identity. “The Courtyard Holds All Wonders, a Thousand Isles Returning to Perfection” encapsulates the expectations of northern homeowners and the designer's understanding of the site. By integrating architecture and landscape, we emphasize the awe and mystery of the environment, inviting a natural quest for tranquility. Features like high walls, cascading waterfalls, and expansive water elements honor both the city and nature, showcasing the profound impact of landscape design.
