Lowe’s, a leading DIY and home improvement retailer, strives to close the market share gap with its competitors. This project introduces "Lo," a multi-device conversational assistant that can give Lowe’s a strategic advantage. A conversation assistant can enhance the DIY experience by offering hands-free support, simplifying technical jargon, and ensuring accessibility for older customers with vision challenges.
Lo provides personalized assistance throughout the entire DIY journey, addressing pain points at every stage—from diagnosing issues and recommending products to offering in-store support, step-by-step guidance, and AI-powered troubleshooting.
Available on mobile devices and integrated into in-store "smart carts," Lo ensures consistent and seamless support across all platforms. A conversational assistant can strengthen Lowe's competitive position in the market by reducing customer support demands and boosting satisfaction and retention.
