The project is located in the Houshayu area of Shunyi District, Beijing. The first floor adopts a heavy design technique to highlight and strengthen the main entrance and exit, while the second floor mainly features glass surfaces to enhance the facade framework language, while the second floor is mainly reinforced with a glass surface to enhance the facade framework language. Hermes grey stone is used locally to balance the weight of the overall facade. The two U-shaped joints are connected by a C-shaped grey metal grille to increase the completeness of the curved facade. A coherent grille is set under the eaves to enhance the overall curve facade language. The overall lines are straight and exquisite, with inwardly chamfered wire legs near the ends to increase refinement. The height of the main wire legs is 400mm, and the height of the upper and lower antique copper aluminum plates is 30mm, used to outline the main frame. A gray metal profile is added in the middle to add richness. The light strips are cleverly concealed in the grooves, and the wire legs are further refined by layer by layer reduction in the walls between the first and second floor windows. After entering the ceremonial hall from the main entrance, one can take the elevator on one side to reach the sales building and the sunken space of the real landscape. Surrounding the sunken waterfall courtyard, one can proceed to the sand table area, the hall, the water bar for negotiation, the interesting corridor, and the book bar. In the sunken courtyard, a whole wall is left as a 7m waterfall, creating a spiritual place for the entire sunken courtyard. The light of the courtyard gently scatters in every corner, and the sound of the waterfall gurgling in the ears adds romance to light, shadow, and water. In terms of space, the hanging waterfall courtyard is linked with the central garden, and the floating island tea pavilion is used as a connection to achieve the transition and integration of space, creating a scene experience of prosperity and tranquility.
