Solid Order is a young fine jewelry brand from China, known for its neutral aesthetic inspired by geometric forms and architectural structures. The brand's signature visual elements are squares and circles, which inspired us to create a packaging design that feels like a piece of contemporary installation art. This unique box not only aligns with the brand’s luxury image but also encourages customers to repurpose it as a keepsake.
The packaging is a frosted acrylic cube, minimalist yet substantial, split into two parts held together by strong magnets for easy opening and secure closure. The hollow center, coated in black, creates an artful visual effect, while the interior is lined with soft black velvet to protect the jewelry. Another feature is its modular design: a removable velvet insert can be swapped out to fit rings, necklaces, or earrings, making one box adaptable across the product line. This “one-box-fits-all” approach optimizes production, cutting costs while maintaining a premium feel.
This design redefines luxury jewelry packaging by blending form and function, making the box itself part of the product experience—something to be treasured long after the jewelry is removed.
