This project centers on a model home designed with first-time homebuyers in mind. The color palette and material choices evoke a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, while clean lines and distinctive patterns establish a unique character within a minimalist framework. Recognizing the younger generation’s desire for personal space, the layout of shared areas diverges from conventional low partitions or fully open floor plans. Instead, the design team introduced full-height, semi-open shelving units that stretch from floor to ceiling, serving as room dividers and striking visual focal points. This approach balances aesthetics with functionality, creating a practical and captivating oasis.
In harmony with the verdant park views outside, this project features a crisp white base contrasted with natural wood accents, integrating green walls and stone textures. Through a thoughtful interplay of visual and tactile elements, the design seamlessly bridges the interior and exterior. Soft furnishings further enhance this organic theme with their gentle curves and earthy tones—such as the folded-edge TV wall, puddle-shaped sofa, and wood-tone curved kitchen island—inviting nature into the heart of the space.
