The project's design redefines the concept of a house, transforming it from a passive container within the community into an active producer and user of new energy, thus becoming a vital component of a green, low-carbon, and intelligent community.

The design introduces a flexible four-bedroom layout that can dynamically adjust to three or five bedrooms based on the changing number of residents and their daily needs through interactions with robots and intelligent devices. Each room can be tailored to the occupants' preferences, with voice-controlled settings that adapt to various lifestyle scenarios. The system proactively offers services by recognizing and responding to residents' behaviors.Robotic features include an electric butler cabinet that assists with package deliveries,an automated door for waste collection robots, and a vacuum robot that activates when the owner leaves the house. The integration of smart technologies involves building components, lighting, sound, and furniture, creating an unobtrusive exchange system. This includes a sophisticated system utilizing millimeter-wave technology to monitor elderly movements, capable of autonomously alerting family and property management in the event of a fall. The children’s rooms are equipped with beds and desks that adjust in height to maximize space, with ambient lighting and music that can be adapted to suit the child’s requirements. The master suite features settings for relaxation and SPA, providing a soothing environment for homeowners to unwind after a day at work. All these smart applications are powered by solar energy, harvested and stored by the house itself, making it self-sufficient and even capable of supplying energy to the broader community. Committed to fostering and disseminating local culture, the design draws inspiration from "Xiguan Mansions," extensively using natural-textured wood veneer and incorporating metal details with fish scale patterns, symbolizing "abundance." The design also includes culturally significant elements such as an entrance door tailored to the ancestral worship practices of the Lingnan people, a six-tier kitchen designed to accommodate local heights while allowing for optimal ventilation and light, a retractable TV cabinet, and automatically adjustable windows and doors that respond to rainy weather.
