Banban's Global Journey Project is a projection toy designed for children around 3 years old.It is designed to help children satisfy their curiosity about the world, explore and experience the cultures of different countries. In addition, you can also overcome some children's fear of the dark while exploring the phenomenon and mystery of light and shadow.
At present, the existing projection toys on the market are mostly in the shape of a flashlight, and children switch the projection of a single picture by pressing a button or toggle. The form and content are monotonous, difficult to operate, and lack of interest. In response to the above problems, we have carried out an innovative design. The overall design is in the shape of a hand-cranked projector and film, and the abstract geometric shapes are inserted to create an interesting appearance and red, yellow and blue colors to attract children's interest. In terms of content, we made the illustrations into continuous circular graphics, and children can play them in a continuous loop like watching animations to enhance the fun of the product. In the interactive mode, the crank is used as the playback mechanism, which is easy to operate and can improve children's sense of control and participation.
At the same time, we have added an infrared sensor function to the product. When the distance between the human face and the projection lamp is less than the safe distance, the light will automatically turn off, avoiding damage to the children's eyes.
In addition, the matching cards can be expanded infinitely. In addition to showing the customs of more countries, we also consider expanding the content of more light and shadow knowledge, effectively increasing the playability of the product and prolonging the product life cycle.
