Yixing Powerlong Mansion Sales Center

The designers summarized the features of “the Way of Tea’ and “the Art of Teapots”, and highlighted the cultural connotation of Yixing in the space through refining of historical styles and modern elements. This allows rich emotion and the humanistic spirit of the city to become the principle and soul of the space.

Above the property model, there are red decorations dotted around like stars. Under the reflection of light, the ornament seems that stars are floating and dropping at the same time, hence bringing a poetic beauty to the space.

The flower arrangement beside the window at the negotiation area was carefully designed. Elegant brown hue resembles warm luster of Zisha Teapot and makes round tables, curved chairs and spherical vases coordinated with each other in temperament. The negotiation area on the other side, however, looks like a Chinese Zisha square teapot. The calm dark brown color, along with the square chairs, portrays a dignified quality. Large floor-to-ceiling windows enable visitors to enjoy lush green sceneries, which echo with the paintings on the wall. Visitors seem to taste tea in the mountains, amongst the green trees, chirping of birds and fragrance of flowers.

In the VIP area, the unadorned color tones representing the white walls and black tiles of Jiangnan, tree-trunk decoration with simple and rigid lines, and the patterned carpet with waterside features, are all in harmony with the painting by Wu Guanzhong on the wall.

The decorations of the drinks bar are meticulously selected, so that they correspond with the theme of “tea” and “pot” in the space.

The children’s playground presents a distinctively playful ambience. The tender green mountain-shaped enclosure not only separates the area visually, but also provides protection for the safety of the children in the area. The ball decoration floating in the air breaks the regularity of the space and brings about a fairy-tale wonderland under the light.
