Villa Corniche - Modern Elegance Inspired by French Château

This project epitomizes luxury living with a breathtaking mansion located in the prestigious Repulse Bay area in Hong Kong. Inspired by French château, the design merges contemporary style with timeless elegance, blending sophisticated château interiors with the natural beauty of Mother Nature seamlessly.
One of the aims of the project is to address the esteemed family’s need for catering banquets and social occasions. The designer transformed the spaces throughout the mansion to incorporate ample areas for social interactions. The dining area serves as the heart of social gatherings, reminiscent of a grand château’s banquet hall. A bespoke dining table, a modern black chandelier, and carefully selected artworks elevate every meal into a celebration of togetherness and taste. Other spaces include a semi-outdoor dining and leisure area, a garden and roof garden equipped with gathering amenities, a family living room on the second floor, and ensuite living areas in the bedrooms, all designed to accommodate both intimate gatherings and lavish parties.
The foyer acts as a grand prologue, setting an opulent tone right at the entrance with majestic double doors and sophisticated flooring. The use of mirrors, glass, and strategic lighting, inspired by château opulence, further enhances the gleaming glamour, capturing visitors' attention like the opening chords of a symphony.
Gardens play a vital role in the charm of a French château. Water features and ambient lighting transform the garden from day to night, echoing the serenity of a moonlit evening. Along with the seamless indoor-outdoor transitions achieved by installation of extensive flexible sliding doors, a harmonious natural haven is brought indoors.
The master bedroom stands as a luxurious sanctuary, blending comfort with high-end sophistication, again inspired by French château opulence. The king-sized bed serves as a serene centrepiece, while custom walk-in closets provide ample storage. Accent lighting and elegant décor contribute to an environment of tranquillity, akin to an evening under the stars in a grand château.
