Qiushi Jade City

Siting beside the Gan River in Jiangxi province, China, the design concept of the project is inspired by the Jade phoenix feathers, blending noble, prestigious, and natural elements to give the community a unique cultural character and modern vitality. Through the organic arrangement of towers and townhouses, the project maximizes southern-facing views, creating spacious and comfortable living spaces.
The planning strategy adheres to the "big vision, large courtyard, and high premium" approach, aiming to create an ecological, convenient, and livable community. The large courtyard design in the high-rise zone enhances the living experience, while the townhouse layout in the lower area further increases the product's premium and quality. The overall layout harmonizes with the surrounding natural landscape and urban development, carefully crafting a green, ecological, and dynamic living environment.
The design inspiration comes from the intricate patterns and fluid lines of the Jade phoenix feathers, which run throughout the project’s design language. The architectural facades and landscape features complement each other, with a fusion of modern materials and traditional cultural elements, presenting a refined and elegant classical aesthetic. Notably, the entrance design breaks away from traditional linear layouts, using winding paths to evoke a serene and peaceful sense of homecoming.
At the same time, the project emphasizes the integration of natural ecology, with the landscape design promoting the organic combination of green spaces, water features, and architectural elements. Through flexible spatial arrangements and a diverse range of architectural products, the community offers layered, rich spaces that meet the needs of different residents while enhancing the artistic quality and comfort of the living environment.
In terms of material selection, the project uses environmentally friendly and durable materials, such as flow-colored sand coatings and non-polluting real stone paint, creating a green and sustainable living environment. With the addition of solar water heating systems and rainwater recycling systems, the project demonstrates a strong commitment to energy conservation, emission reduction, and resource efficiency.
