XIAN HUARUN SHIYUAN RUNFU JIAKONGCENG

The elevated floor serves as a transitional space between indoor and outdoor spaces within the community, and is a blank space in architectural design. We attempt to re-examine this area from the perspective of "extension of home", and explore N+1 ways of a better life by combining the real demands of contemporary living for health, leisure, socialization, and sharing.
In the design of the elevated level of Runfu in Xi'an Huarun Shiyuan, the designer followed the design principles of age sharing, interest socialization, and scene experience to expand the functional diversity of the space. The elevated level was created as a community spiritual corner, becoming a space for owners to share their interests and feelings, and rebuild close relationships with neighbors. Encourage homeowners to actively participate in community life scenes, where they can find a sense of value, belonging, ceremony, and experience in life, and make the beautiful connections between neighbors closer.
