Kocotree Aviator Cap aims to provide a cozy and warm outdoor cap for kids. It comes with an innovative KK raw yarn system, making the yarn self-heating, antistatic, anti-pilling, and antibacterial.
The lining features KK's original self-heating cloud velvet that absorbs and transforms the sunlight and human body-emitted far infrared rays into thermal energy, enhancing the light thermal storage by 5.4°C and the far-infrared heating by 2.4°C to provide constant warmth, thus easily handling cold wind conditions at -20°C. Additionally, the cloud-like velvet is able to convert moisture into thermal energy, improving the moisture-absorption heat generation by 0.9°C, reducing the risk of getting cold due to sweating during exercise.
The velvet incorporates ultra-fine and ultra-soft conductive threads, achieving an antistatic rating of ≤10HDT, which facilitates the rapid dissipation of static electricity generated by friction. Without the addition of functional chemical agents, this cap remains antibacterial even after 150 washes, ensuring the health and safety of children.
