This renovation project, centered on lighting design, aims to breathe new life into the building while aligning with urban renewal, energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and modern aesthetics.

This renovation maximizes the principle of "making the best use of existing resources" by fully utilizing the existing pipelines, control systems, and lighting positions. The overall visual effect is significantly enhanced by simply replacing the lighting fixtures. In the case of the "Chinese Rose" glass structure had lost its brilliance due to the damage of the original lighting fixtures. By means of replacing them with specially designed light distribution and constant power luminaires, three sides of the structure frame can be effectively illuminated. which significantly reduces energy consumption. The lighting fixtures that illuminate the structure of the "Chinese Rose" are coordinated with the dot lighting, presenting various dynamic effects through programming.
