The Times are constantly progressing, and people's needs for office space are constantly changing. Office space is no longer a simple workplace, but also pays attention to the integration of life and work, set work, social, life and other multi-dimensional diversified space. This case redefines the space, aiming to break the traditional function-based office space, reshape the spatial form and give the space more possibilities. The project is composed of three parts: negotiation area, office area and founder's office. In terms of spatial layout, the traditional independent office area is abandoned, and there is no clear wall division. Only soft decoration is used to define functional zones, and artistic elements are integrated to create an open and free modern minimalist office space. The closure of the traditional office space is eliminated, and the casual design evokes the relaxed feeling of visitors as if at home. The whole space is in classic white as the main color, without complex design and too much decoration, minus the sense of oppression in the office. By combining natural and pure white with quiet black, the brand image is presented and expressed succinctly, while creating a harmonious view and feel for the transition of left and right space. The walls are decorated with paintings by designer Kevin Lo. Green is a symbol of life and nature. The gradient itself has a dynamic and hierarchical sense. The green changes from deep to light, like the transition from deep forest to grass, which is natural and soft. Different levels of green are interwoven together, giving the space more depth and dimension. The selection of green plants and red seats brighten the vitality of the office space. Kevin Lo, the designer of this project respects the state of the space itself, and retains the original fair-faced concrete in the ceiling design. Fair-faced concrete is a simple and rough building material, and the texture it shows is a tribute to the original building. By retaining this original rough texture, we allow the space to find a rustic and authentic emotional resonance in the bustling city.
