The project is situated on the northern shore of Shifeng Lake in Tiantai County, a prime location offering sweeping views and unparalleled vistas of the lake. The development includes high-rise residences ranging from 115 to 220㎡ and villas from 236 to 365㎡, with a design that maximizes the potential of the surrounding natural environment, particularly the lake and the adjacent park to the west. The architectural language embraces a modern aesthetic, where L-shaped light-colored aluminum panels are seamlessly integrated with glass curtain walls, breaking the rigid proportions commonly found in traditional slab buildings. The facade’s visual complexity is enhanced through the careful application of decorative moldings, adding a refined depth to the design.
