This villa is located in the prime area of Zhongxi Yueqin Bay, surrounded by the sea on three sides, offering expansive, unobstructed views. The owner, a vice chairman of a listed company nearing retirement, was captivated by the endless sea views and chose this location to create his ideal home. The designer were entrusted with transforming this vision into reality, blending natural beauty with contemporary luxury.

Inspired by natural elements—the vast sky, plant growth, and life’s rhythms—the design explores the interaction between natural and human-made spaces. Using modern techniques, it reinterprets nature’s beauty to create a harmonious living environment. The color palette for the living room, study, and bedrooms revolves around white, creating a clean, pure atmosphere that enhances the sense of openness and light. The walls feature angular cuts, departing from traditional flat surfaces, adding dynamic depth and movement to the space.

For its layout, the design breaks traditional boundaries with smooth circulation lines and an open-plan configuration. Curved walls subtly connect the living and dining areas, avoiding harsh partitions and creating a soft visual transition. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interior with natural light, casting beautiful shadows and enhancing the tranquil, dreamlike ambiance. The owner can enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book, and relax, surrounded by sunlight and the calming view of the sea.

The master bedroom continues the minimalist white theme, with asymmetrical lighting at the bed’s head creating an artistic touch. Wall designs, inspired by natural textures, improve the flow and openness of the space. Soft natural fabric curtains and thoughtfully chosen decor contribute to a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

The villa’s materials reflect its commitment to sustainability, with eco-friendly options such as marble, wood veneer, sintered stone, and artistic paint used throughout. A private swimming pool seamlessly connects to the natural environment, offering refreshing swims, while the lush garden provides a peaceful retreat.

Through precise spatial planning, this design successfully blends the dual needs of nature and modern living, creating an ideal ocean-view villa that provides both comfort for daily life and a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
