Beauty Mansion White

Since Palm Jabel in Dubai, Lumiere and One Central Park in Sydney, National Aquatics Center in Beijing, the PTW classic sailing design is finally in Taipei, splendidly presented as Beauty Mansion White.

Situated in Xindian District in New Taipei City as the newest prominent landmark, Beauty Mansion White is constructed with full SRC, the best SA coupler as in Taipei 101, and tens of thousands of steel skeleton and concrete. Nature, mountains and waters are the design inspiration for space; in this the new aesthetic deluxe residence, returning home feels just like entering a palace of art.

Beauty Mansion White offers amazing sights. It’s a 30-story landmark at waters with scrupulous construction that meets five major criteria: SRC structure, strong column with weak beam, coupler, reinforced concrete, and raft foundation with diaphragm wall. The solid structure is a guarantee of residential safety.

Initially inspired by surrounding mountains and rippling waves of Bitan, the designer cleverly integrates the streams, clouds, woods and trees in the vision and allows the building to dance among the shadows of waters. The old tree serves as the main visual of the concept, rising amid the lobby in its grand presence, where the power to nurture life can bond the people who share the same living space.
