The Tranquil Gathering

Being a Japanese cuisine restaurant, the project adopts the concept of Japanese style design. In order to express the space's diversity and flexibility with the feeling of moderness, the designer applies hollow bricks as element to show the liveliness in the bar area. As the glass which extends and opens being the highlight to the overall space, the designer keeps the balance between every fictional area. The designer layers the space atmosphere with grayscale, wooden materials, and stone materials. He specially features the second floor space with PU leather element and shapes the vocabulary of dark stone materials, tree ring, horizontal wood grain, etc, bringing the unique modern Japanese space by displaying the harmony of a variety of different materials.
