The project is located in Pinghu, Longgang District, Shenzhen. It adjoins a wasteland to the north, Zhonghuan Avenue to the west, a planning road to the south, and vegetable fields to the east, with views of surrounding urban neighborhoods.

The project is a Grade-1 fire station, with a plot area of 6,301.97 m² and a gross floor area of 5,055.3 m² (FAR area: 3,999.02 m²; Non-FAR area: 1,056.28 m²). With a floor area ratio of 0.84, the station accommodates eight fire engines and comprises a three-story main building, a seven-story training tower, and a basement. Located at the city's outskirts, it features a typical centralized layout.

The project has won many international design accolades, including Sydney Design Awards 2023 (Gold), Asia Design Prize 2024 (Winner), and ASIAN Design Awards 2023 (Shortlist).
