The Saudi Al Ghat 600MW Wind Power EPC Project is located in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia, approximately 5 kilometers north of Al Ghat town and 3 kilometers south of Az Zulfi. This project represents a significant renewable energy initiative undertaken by Saudi Arabia in response to global climate change.

With an installed capacity of 600MW, the project comprises 80 units of 7.7MW wind turbines, a 33/132kV step-up substation, and supporting infrastructure such as internal maintenance roads within the wind farm. It is projected to generate an annual electricity output of 4,204,800 MWh, sufficient to meet the power needs of approximately 300,000 households.

The project employs internationally advanced wind turbine technology and an intelligent monitoring system, ensuring continuous and stable power generation under all weather conditions and at any time. In its overall planning and design, the project seamlessly integrates wind power equipment with the surrounding natural environment. Utilizing modern tower designs and low-noise turbines, it achieves efficient energy conversion, maximizes the utilization of wind resources, minimizes energy waste, and reduces the impact on the ecological environment.

Upon completion, the project will significantly reduce reliance on fossil fuels, decrease carbon dioxide emissions, and positively contribute to addressing global climate change. Additionally, implementing the project will create numerous local green job opportunities, drive the transition toward a green economy, and raise environmental awareness among residents. By providing a stable and clean power supply, the project will also lower local energy costs, promote the development of the renewable energy industry, and serve as a valuable reference for similar projects worldwide.
