Ariat, a Western and equestrian performance-based footwear and apparel company, strive to connect with the communities they serve while maintaining a deep-rooted connection to the company’s heritage. Drawing inspiration from Ariat’s performance-based Rodeo scene, our design for the new Ariat Las Vegas Flagship blends the brand’s eclectic Western lifestyle with the fun and energetic atmosphere of Las Vegas. Welcoming guests into the space with a photo op is a custom life-size bucking bull sculpture, crafted from hedge wood and fun artifacts of Las Vegas and Ariat’s athletes. This iconic element localizes the space while it intertwines Ariat’s charging Rodeo scene with the vibrant flair of Las Vegas.



A mix of natural elements with modern stable influences elevate the brand’s fashion-forward appeal with traditional western influences giving the space a fun/authentic aesthetic. The natural materiality chosen showcases a variety of handpicked rustic woods, worn in metals, genuine leathers and raw textures serving as backdrops to the brand, exuding an inviting ethos that intersects with Las Vegas fun and vibrant scene. Fun neon signs throughout add a playful Vegas vibe to the space.



A stunning 2-story gallery-style branded wall at the entry staircase, casting a warm glow with its rustic wood texture, sets the stage for the store environment capturing the essence of Ariat with props and imagery of athletes and musicians that are at the heart of the brand.



A pair of well-worn red leather Ariat boots, inspired a stunning 2-story red leather treatment on staircase wall with Ariat’s logomark as a halo-lit application, enticing customers to explore the second level with its impressive volume.



A custom rope chandelier with a nod to rodeo roping captivates the eye and beckons customers to explore Ariat’s newest collection.



On second level, customers can find Ariat’s “Hat Doctor” shop-in-shop showcasing custom fixtures that accentuate the abundance of hats that can be personalized at the steaming station. This experiential Hat Doctor area features cow-hide details, fringe-like signage décor and barber shop chairs where customers can get fitted with their hats while enjoying the view of the Las Vegas Strip.
