To improve the physiological decline and psychological distress caused by prolonged sitting in wheelchairs for individuals with lower limb mobility impairments or those undergoing rehabilitation from sports injuries, this "stand/sit" convertible wheelchair is designed. The transition between standing and sitting positions is achieved through an "X"-shaped lifting structure, powered by a gear rack and motor, with hydraulic rods to support the user's hips. Users can switch between modes using physical buttons or control the transition via a smart belt, which detects muscle relaxation. The smart belt also monitor the user's body data in real-time, with the data displayed on a mobile app. The chair's appearance combines a sporty and high-tech aesthetic, breaking away from the conventional wheelchair design and challenging stereotypes of individuals with special needs.
