Inspired by the world-famous cenotes of Tulum, the project consists of two interconnected caves. The first cave is designed for outdoor dining and performances. Inside the cave, there is a snack bar, an exhibition space, and other service areas in the porch. A carved pathway on the exterior surface of the caves allows visitors to access the panoramic ocean platform. The reflective pool and cavern space provide shade and invite fresh air inside, effectively regulating the internal temperature during the summer season. The caves regulate the climate during the summer seasons. The public space is shaded. Together with the reflective pool, it creates and adjusts the microclimate within the pavilion.
