Xi’an Dahua Splendid Time

Splendid Time, located in Xi’an, China, spans 2,171 square meters. The project embodies the profound historical and cultural heritage of Xi’an while embracing modern sophistication and diversity. It merges the bustling grandeur of ancient Chang’an with contemporary humanistic ideals, setting luxury and quality as its foundation. The design aesthetic harmonizes inclusivity and contrast—blending the old with the new, nostalgia with progress, history with innovation, and tradition with fashion—to create a warm and ceremonial sense of homecoming.

The space adopts the Haipai (Shanghai-style) cultural aesthetic, symbolizing prosperity, refinement, and vibrant urban life. This design language is seamlessly integrated with the cultural essence of Xi’an’s ancient city. Drawing inspiration from the cityscape and architectural elements such as rooftops and nighttime lighting, the color palette features emerald green, ink black, brocade red, and smoky gray. The narrative-driven spatial design unfolds across eight thematic zones:

Tea Area – "Spring Banquet": A poetic moment of green wine and melodious songs
Reading Room – "The Scholarly Haven": The sounds of learning echoing through time
