Located in Jinan, China, Phoenix Mansion is a 3,400㎡ high-end lifestyle gallery inspired by the city's rich history. Designed to break conventions and redefine modern living, the space blends elegance and luxury, serving as a social hub for the elite. It creates an artistic residential experience infused with contemporary landscape aesthetics.

Upon entering the lobby, a symmetrical layout establishes a sense of grandeur and ceremony. The refined use of Blue Jade and Laurent Black Gold marble, combined with fluted stone walls and high skirting, reflects classical architectural details. A dual-sided fireplace, symbolizing prosperity and reverence, enhances the ceremonial atmosphere. The handcrafted brass reception desk, inspired by the undulating peaks of Thousand Buddha Mountain, integrates seamlessly into the metal mosaic feature wall, creating layered visual depth.

Moving inward, the sand table area features a spacious layout where black stone and aged bronze stainless steel exude a sense of sophistication. Marble facades adorned with custom metal hooks showcase meticulous craftsmanship.

The negotiation area draws inspiration from luxury hotel lobby bars, emphasizing exclusivity and refinement. A symmetrical structure fosters harmony, while arched hollow partitions balance openness and privacy. Laurent Black Gold marble, antique bronze, and monochrome floor patterns set a dignified tone, accented by red, green, and yellow furnishings, echoing the vibrant hues of phoenix feathers.

Custom bronze metal screens incorporating the logo enhance brand identity, while decor pieces are bespoke, reflecting artistic ingenuity. The chandeliers, inspired by Jinan’s traditional lantern festivals, feature lampshades embroidered with Lu embroidery, celebrating local craftsmanship.

A graceful art corridor seamlessly transitions between spaces, resembling an exhibition hall. The forest-themed restroom, with green wall coverings, wood finishes, and curved bronze mirrors, evokes a serene woodland retreat, enveloping guests in nature’s tranquility.
