"East City 25" is set on a 492.6-square-meter site, standing tall with 11 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, with 25 residences. The appearance of the building combines urban modernity with natural light and shadow, and the sleek façade lines create an upright architectural silhouette that echoes the city skyline, presenting a rich visual rhythm.

The project is located in the East District of Taichung City, close to major roads, offering convenient transportation and a complete living functions. However, despite the prime location of this building, there are still many development restrictions. Because it is an early-developed community, the narrow streets affect construction progress. To maintain a friendly relationship with neighbors, a design for road setbacks has been implemented .

This project emphasizes a low-numbered, simple community, which enhances the privacy of residents. Designed with a stepped courtyard layout, the architecture softens the tension between neighboring homes. The expansive setback terraces realize the ideal of a small place in terms of space and vision, and maximize lighting and ventilation.

Significant efforts have also been made to ensure that each resident has a parking space for both a motorcycle and a car. In terms of parking planning, motorcycles are mechanically lifted, and cars are accommodated in the tower parking system. This advanced solution optimizes convenience and space efficiency, enriching the overall quality of living.

Through the changes in light and shadow, the choice of materials and the precision of spatial scale, an everlasting and elegant building is created. It is an artistic sculpture in the city, displaying majestic momentum. More than just a building, "East City 25" stands as an architectural masterpiece, a symbol of refined taste and elevated living aesthetics.
