This project is located in the core area of Desheng New City CBD in Shunde District, Foshan City, boasting a privileged geographical location. To the east, it connects to the Golden Phoenix Square; to the south, it faces the shimmering Desheng River; and to the north, it overlooks the lush Gufeng Mountain and the classical Qinghui Garden, forming a unique urban pattern of "mountain-water-garden-city." Drawing inspiration from Qinghui Garden, the foremost of the four major Lingnan gardens, the project incorporates the auspicious concept of "the phoenix's arrival," creating a Lingnan-style "Phoenix Garden" that blends classical charm with modern aesthetics, paying homage to the rich cultural heritage of Fengcheng. Through ingenious tower rotation design, the project maximizes the use of river views, ensuring south-facing units with unobstructed vistas. The integrated planning of the northern and southern plots creates a ceremonial central hall space, enabling resource sharing and functional complementarity. The exhibition area's tour route draws from the artistic essence of Qinghui Garden's "garden within a garden, changing scenery with every step," offering a delightful experience of shifting views. The grand entrance design incorporates phoenix motifs and Qinghui Garden's Manchu window patterns, showcasing unique cultural sophistication. The sunken clubhouse seamlessly connects with the ground-level landscape, featuring a variety of facilities such as a heated pool and gymnasium, creating a high-quality living space. The underground carriageway roundabout optimizes traffic flow, enhancing connectivity between the northern and southern plots, and exemplifies luxurious quality through meticulous craftsmanship, making it a landmark urban masterpiece.
