The waiting lobby, designed with ash wood trellis and marble tiles reflects Ricoh’s corporate identity and leads into a flexible meeting zone. Operable wall panels in this space allow for quick reconfiguration accommodating various meeting styles from conferences to town hall sessions.

A key feature of the office is the interactive pantry and e-Café designed to encourage informal meetings and collaboration. With its café-like ambiance, high ceilings, neutral-toned furniture and diverse seating options the space offers a relaxed environment conducive to creativity. The e-Café also features a Ricoh Collaboration Board and projector, supporting both productivity and relaxation.
