Liantou NewYouth,Zhiyin Community

The project takes "New Generation Living Hub" as the spatial prototype and responds to the complex needs of the youth community through systematic construction of public spaces. At the beginning of the design, the team conducted extensive on-site research in the surrounding area to explore the potential of the site. At the planning level, the "Double-core Enclosure + Resilient Interface" strategy was adopted: on the east side, an L-shaped building volume was used to form an acoustic barrier to mitigate the interference from the elevated road, and the groups were enclosed to create a sunken courtyard and an aerial corridor to form a buffer system; a vibrant axis running from east to west was implanted with mixed-use facilities such as coffee workshops and shared living room boxes, forming a 24-hour interactive commercial interface, achieving organic integration of residential units and urban functions.

Product innovation focuses on the research and development of "micro-community units". Based on the behavioral patterns of the youth, modular spaces of 30-50 square meters were designed, integrating a variable furniture system (switchable between work, party, and rest modes) and an intelligent environmental control module to achieve dynamic balance and transformation between private and social scenarios. The space adopts prefabricated integrated technology and combines intelligent space configuration to create a sustainable living model.

An innovative community model of "All-time Interaction + Multi-party Co-construction" is constructed, with an inner street connecting commercial, shared facilities and other mixed-use spaces, creating a living scene where day and night scenarios can be freely switched，to realize the tidal utilization of shared space. Taking the youth community as the scene carrier, it stimulates users to participate in community co-construction, forming a new community model centered on youth vitality and the symbiotic and mutual promotion of diverse groups.
