Mindful

Mindful is designed by the Natuzzi Design Center at the Natuzzi headquarters in Puglia. The Design Center's mission is to harmonize design and functionality with the goal of creating well-being and comfort.

The inspiration for the Mindful project stems from a meeting in Paris between Pasquale Natuzzi and Dr. Charles Bark, a PhD researcher in AI and Health and a pioneer in home-based preventive longevity technology. Featuring advanced technologies that generate personalized comfort, Mindful embodies the essence of Natuzzi’s Comfortness—a philosophy that harmonizes mind, body, and soul to promote deep well-being.

Inspired by the harmony of human movement, this sofa aims to redefine the paradigm of relaxation. Its modularity allows for multiple configurations, which can be complemented by matching side tables.
Its harmonious shape is designed to promote well-being in a broad sense, incorporating a mechanism that maximizes comfort while providing health benefits by regulating heart rate and breathing. The revolutionary Mindful mechanism combines four special functions: a triple-motion reclining system with independent control of the headrest, lumbar support, and footrest for a fully personalized comfort experience; the Zero Gravity function, which elevates the legs above heart level to improve blood circulation; the Micro-Mobility function, which engages muscles even during rest through subtle, imperceptible movements; and the "365" active seating system, which gently activates the muscles that stabilize the entire back while synchronizing breathing with heart rate. Additionally, in select versions, an integrated Bluetooth speaker enhances the comfort experience by playing music.
