CSCEC STAR OF JINGCHENG

CSCEC STAR OF JINGCHENG draws inspiration from the century-old urban genes of Deyang, absorbing the concept of coexistence with nature and history. It perfectly blends traditional and modern design. The building's exterior takes "flowing stars" as its design theme, combining streamlined glass curtain walls with metal materials and dynamic light and shadow installations. At night, the building resembles a brilliant starry river in the city, shining brightly. The interior space mainly features light gold and gray tones, ingeniously integrating local cultural elements of Deyang, such as the abstract art wall of Sanxingdui patterns, creating an atmosphere of high-end elegance. It not only showcases the weight of history but also highlights the refinement of modern art.
Through the deconstruction and redesign of the landmark buildings in Deyang, the project vividly showcases the charm of the city's culture with a unique artistic form and profound cultural connotation. The historical context and the city's rebirth collide and blend here, playing a symphony that is unique to Jingcheng. The main art piece is designed with a collision of various materials such as brushed metal, mirror-finished metal, and traditional forged copper, creating an electrically operated lifting device with a strong visual impact. The motor is ingeniously hidden inside the sculpture, and dynamic effects are achieved through precise programming. To ensure smooth lifting and operation of the sculpture, the team conducted repeated experiments and optimizations in aspects such as motor selection, noise control, operational stability, and lifting path. Eventually, the motor was perfectly integrated into the overall design of the sculpture, saving space and making the device as light and elegant as a suspended artwork, demonstrating a perfect blend of technology and art.
