This intelligent system is based on the existing U-shaped lock structure for high-altitude operations, and innovatively integrates functions such as wire rope flaw detection, wall top fixed point tension monitoring, safety auxiliary rope and U-shaped lock pin connection status, achieving full coverage monitoring of rope safety contacts and providing LED feedback. At the same time, it integrates communication functions to promptly contact rooftop patrol personnel and respond to emergencies.
This equipment requires the operator to complete the inspection of each safety contact before starting work, quantifying subjective safety standards and promoting the improvement of supervision and accountability mechanisms. Tangible feedback also provides good psychological suggestions for workers, making high-altitude operations more dignified and humane.
