Wheeled embodied intelligent humanoid robot

This project is the exterior design of a wheeled humanoid robot, based on an anthropomorphic structure, featuring installable coverings that move with the limbs. The streamlined design with metallic details reflects the robustness of human muscles. A universal wheel chassis enhances mobility stability, ensuring consistent operation during work.
The innovation lies in the unique exterior coverings, with balanced head-to-body proportions, mimicking human leg and arm muscle lines, and a striking style. With 24 degrees of joint freedom, it sets the stage for a series of wheeled humanoid designs.
The design aligns the robot’s appearance with the human form, with logos emphasizing brand and model. It accounts for internal wiring, maintaining cable integrity during movement for a cleaner look. Soft packaging at moving parts allows flexible extension, ensuring smooth configuration and internal protection.
It establishes a distinct product tone for clients, enabling a recognizable series. Socially, the anthropomorphic design suits factory settings, adapting to human environments while showcasing mechanical strength.
Aesthetically, coverings are in sophisticated cyan-gray, calm and restrained; moving parts use skin-like black rubber, with a black transparent acrylic face. Materials include ABS and aluminum alloy, with dimensions of 1620mm height, 490mm shoulder width, and a 90kg weight.
