DualNest

DualNest is an innovative apartment prototype designed for modern households of 2+2 tenants, such as Airbnb host with guests, parents with their children who seek a balance between privacy and supervision. The prototype unit is organized from the kitchen and dining space, through strategic spatial planning where visual and physical connections of each functional space are seamlessly integrated, the unit is carefully structured to provide separate yet connected living spaces, allowing the homeowners and guests to enjoy their own private areas while maintaining close interaction.
