TV Factory Dormitory Area Old Housing Renovation Project

The project is located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, adjacent to Ping'an Park to the east, flanked by fourth-generation residential buildings on the north and a 30-meter-wide urban green belt on the south, boasting abundant landscaping resources. Spanning approximately 1.42 hectares with a total construction area of 128,100 square meters, the development features a 145-meter-tall supertall office tower, a 15-story office building, and a 5-story podium housing a commercial complex.
The project features an ingenious design concept of "three-dimensional aerial gardens," aiming to harmoniously integrate with the surrounding parks and fourth-generation ecological residences, creating a symbiotic and visually stunning "emerald island" in the cityscape. Through multi-tiered ecological green spaces, it redefines the urban landscape as a verdant oasis. The interwoven green rest platforms significantly enhance the office environment's quality, fostering a harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. This approach not only represents a novel exploration in future urban green and ecological office spaces but also ensures employees enjoy a comfortable, eco-friendly, and low-carbon working environment amidst high workloads.
At the connection between the third and fourth floors of the podium, a double-height urban shared space is designed to accommodate diverse commercial activities. This space interacts seamlessly with adjacent commercial facilities and rooftop gardens, promoting a vibrant and integrated urban community.
The office tower features vertical gardens of varying sizes on different floors, offering a serene retreat where employees can stroll through lush greenery during work breaks, basking in gentle breezes and listening to the symphony of birds and insects—a sanctuary for mental rejuvenation.
