Park Hyatt New York’s Manhattan Suite is nestled on the 25th floor of the building. This 3,500-square foot space boasts 18-foot-high windows, 270-degree views and art by Tatar Art Projects (including pieces that once graced the Guggenheim, MoMA, or Centre Pompidou). Designed by Sawyer and Company, the suite balances bold geometry with natural elegance. The 165-inch glare free Sharp display that anchors the main living area is no exception: it is home to a bespoke digital art installation by Float4 that seamlessly merges the vibrancy of New York City with the serenity of Central Park, transforming luxury into an immersive experience.
Inspired by the park’s iconic elements—Bow Bridge, European Starlings, and Early Bird Yoshino Trees—this evolving digital canvas captures the rhythm of the city, shifting dynamically throughout the day. As dawn breaks, soft hues illuminate the space, evoking the tranquility of a morning in the park. By night, the piece embraces the pulse of the city, reflecting ambient lighting and energy, ensuring that the artwork remains in harmony with its surroundings.
Blurring the lines between sculptural elegance and impressionist digital artistry, this piece is a living narrative—a fusion of storytelling, nature, and technology. The meticulously crafted visuals create an atmosphere of relaxation and reflection, offering guests a moment of stillness amidst the city’s constant motion.
Beyond aesthetic appeal, this installation redefines hospitality design, proving that digital art is more than a decorative feature—it is an experiential medium. The artwork transforms the suite into a space that is both intimate and grand, where innovation meets timeless beauty, and where guests are not just spectators, but participants in a multisensory journey.
By harmoniously integrating luxury, art, and place, this piece elevates the guest experience, making each stay at Park Hyatt New York a personal and unforgettable encounter with the soul of the metropolis.
