Driven by the global goal of carbon neutrality, energy-efficient motor technology has become a key direction for industrial upgrades. Our project, "High-Efficiency and High-Quality ECM Brushless DC Motor," focuses on improving energy efficiency, reducing motor size, and lowering operational noise and torque ripple. This breakthrough overcomes limitations in traditional motor technology, providing high-performance drive solutions for smart manufacturing, green home appliances, and new energy transportation industries.

Key innovations include:

High Slot-Fill Ratio Insert-Tooth Technology: By adopting a stator topology with primary and auxiliary teeth separation, the winding coefficient is increased to 0.966, boosting slot-fill rate by 26.6% and torque density by 18.6%.
Magnetic Orientation-Based Reverse Wrapped Magnet Technology: Overcoming the limitations of ferrite magnets, this technique significantly enhances air-gap magnetic flux density, increasing torque density by 17.95%.
Torque Ripple Suppression Technology: Using asymmetric magnetic field modulation slot design, torque ripple is reduced by 40%, significantly improving operational stability.
With these technological advancements, our product achieves 38.9% volume reduction compared to international competitors, 51.7% increase in torque density, and 3.7dB(A) noise reduction. The technology has been successfully applied in smart home appliances, HVAC systems, and energy-efficient motors, with total sales exceeding 10.01 million units and generating an additional revenue of 2.024 billion RMB. Furthermore, it reduces carbon emissions by 7,600 tons per year, contributing to the development of a greener and more sustainable industry.

This project not only addresses the challenges of miniaturization and efficiency in the motor industry but also drives global energy-saving technologies, laying a solid foundation for the future of smart manufacturing and new energy applications.
