Design Concept for "Scent of Tranquil Time" – 24 Solar Terms UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Essential Oil Aroma Set

Inspired by the sundial, this design extracts its geometric aesthetics and temporal symbolism as an ancient chronometer. While the 24 solar terms correspond to Earth's annual revolution and seasonal cycles, the sundial embodies diurnal rhythms through planetary rotation – together forming the dual dimensions of time perception in Chinese cosmology.

The packaging transforms into a three-dimensional sundial instrument. Upon opening, it reveals a tilted incense tray structure where incense sticks act as the gnomon. Shifting sunlight casts flowing temporal markers across the surface. Engraved metal discs trace the celestial path of solar terms, creating a meditative interface that allows urban dwellers to pause amidst modern haste.

Functioning as both timekeeper and therapeutic sanctuary, the metallic surface seamlessly transitions between incense burning and essential oil diffusion modes. This visible passage of time materializes into tactile rituals, using the Earth's cosmic choreography to soothe contemporary anxieties.
