We have redesigned the joint system based on human anatomy, reducing the original 206 bones to just 28 core skeletal components. This new system requires no manual assembly and eliminates the need for screws or glue for fixation. The skin, made from medical-grade silicone, covers the sliding patella and rotatable scapula. When manipulated, the surface displays realistic muscle-like bulges and wrinkles, mimicking the natural motion of real muscles. This model's success stems from its unique multi-step molding process, which allows the bones and joints to be cast in liquid silicone in a single operation, ensuring exceptional precision. Even for areas as small as a fingernail-sized shoulder blade, our system enables smooth multi-directional bending. The entire biomimetic skeletal structure is capable of movement in up to 40 different directions. This innovation enhances both the model's realism and significantly improves its flexibility and practicality. When pushing or pulling the doll's shoulder blades, you'll feel an elastic resistance similar to human muscles. Twisting the waist creates realistic wrinkles on the skin. This lifelike effect comes from a unique textured design on the bone surfaces - during elbow flexion, for example, the protruding olecranon process automatically lifts the silicone layer, simulating the stretching of real tendons. Even during complex or unusual dance positions, you can easily set and hold poses with simple manual pressure, making the entire experience natural and smooth. The product uses ISO-certified medical-grade silicone, ensuring durability without cracking even after daily use for over a decade. The production process employs multi-layer molding techniques similar to 3D printing, forming the bones, joints, and skin simultaneously in a single step, achieving exceptional quality standards with a defect rate below 0.2%. The packaging is made from biodegradable pulp material that fully decomposes within six months when buried in soil. Each product uses one-third less material than traditional models while offering greater joint flexibility.
