“The Treatment of Soul” collection delves into the world of scoliosis, a condition that makes a person different from those with a typical bodily shape. Extracting elements from orthopedic braces and surgical sutures, the silhouette and details are created. Drawing inspiration from the designer’s hometown of Inner Mongolia, red, blue, green and white are the main colors of the collection. It goes beyond merely offering a physical cure through visual representations; it serves as a pathway to heal people’s soul. The collection endowed people who suffered scoliosis with the courage to step out of the shadows of negativity, and allow them to accept the imperfections and uniqueness.
