About The Entry
The Surrounding Track is a contemporary jewelry piece that goes beyond traditional decorative functions. It serves as a medium of artistic expression, reflecting the wearer’s movement, presence, and connection with space.
Inspired by celestial orbits, this piece explores the relationship between jewelry, motion, and the body. The act of wearing transforms the jewelry from a static object into a dynamic entity, generating invisible yet tangible trajectories. Perfect circles and spheres symbolize the idealized movement that rarely exists in reality, emphasizing the contrast between stillness and motion.
By merging the physical presence of jewelry with its movement trace, this work allows the wearer to perceive jewelry as an extension of their existence—both visually and conceptually. It challenges the conventional role of jewelry, positioning it as an artistic language that captures both personal experience and spatial interaction.
