XIANGZHOU INNOVATION HARBOR

The project is located in the Naping Technology Ecological City of Xiangzhou District, covering an area of approximately 87,000 square meters with a total construction area of about 500,000 square meters. As an important carrier for Zhuhai’s high-end industrial cluster and independent innovation demonstration zone, the project is positioned around two key industries: the new generation of information technology and intelligent manufacturing. It will focus on cultivating headquarters economy, industrial internet, and health technology fields. The project aims to foster industry incubation and high-quality development by enhancing cooperation with universities, capital, technology, and the market, striving to create an industrial demonstration park and an innovation enterprise cultivation base in the Greater Bay Area, presenting a modern model of deep integration between industry, city, and people.
The project includes garden-style industrial buildings, high-rise industrial buildings, and research and development buildings, as well as supporting facilities such as talent apartments, international brand hotels, commercial complexes, leisure and entertainment facilities, and ecological gardens. The architectural design blends modernity with clean lines, using glass curtain walls and metal materials to create a transparent and bright international style. The facade design showcases the technological and fashionable vibe of modern cities through geometric forms and color combinations.
In terms of functional layout, Innovation Harbor integrates multifunctional office buildings, commercial complexes, and high-end residences, emphasizing efficient office space, vibrant commercial areas, and comfortable living environments. The industrial buildings are equipped with advanced intelligent facilities to meet the needs of modern enterprises. The commercial area includes large shopping centers, dining areas, and leisure facilities, offering a comprehensive consumer experience.
