HEZE The Golden Era

HEZE The Golden Era project is located on the scarce stock land in Zhaowanghe District of Heze City, which is a dynamic zone demonstrating the city image and the government's key planning. Thanks to the unique ecological resources and the revitalization opportunities on both sides of the Zhaowanghe River, this residential land carries Heze people's expectations for quality housing in the new era. The project is divided into north and south areas by Xingfu Road, of which the riverfront area will be developed as the first phase of the project. The design is inspired by the traditional Chinese feng shui concept of "backed by mountains and facing the water", and the overall plan maximizes the use of river view resources. The well-arranged buildings outline a rich skyline and form a three-dimensional pattern of "dynamic landscape" together with the Zhaowanghe River.

The community club uses streamline elements to echo the beauty of the Zhaowanghe River as an environmental element, and then transforms them into a stretch of retreating lines based on the wind direction and flow direction. The building leans against the green water with a light posture, and the rhythmic architectural language describes the dynamic flow of water, bringing a "land port scenery" of the city. Different from the rigid and tedious decoration of ordinary "mansion", the residential facade of the project extracts the water texture of Zhaowanghe River and evolves it into natural and smooth horizontal lines to complement the calm and tranquil river view. The crystal curtain wall system can improve the transparency and vitality of the building. The whole building integrates with the surrounding environment through a visible visual language, while at the same time forming a formal difference with the surrounding residential areas. The design highlights the beauty of the building monomer through the control of building proportion and scale, and demonstrates the quality of the building with details, creating a highly identifiable high-quality residential area.
